H13 KultPont, the community and cultural hub of the Palace District, is about to be renewed – and local residents are invited to share their opinions to help shape the renovation plans.

The community house at Horánszky Street 13 is calling on Józsefváros residents to fill out a questionnaire, so that the new space can truly reflect the needs of the community.

H13 KultPont is one of the district’s key community and cultural spaces.

It’s a place where friends meet, creative ideas are born, and a wide variety of programs come to life. From sunset yoga sessions on the terrace, acoustic concerts, and Saturday film clubs, to women’s circles, children’s puppet theatre, aerobics, and theatrical performances – H13 offers it all.

Now an exciting new chapter begins: H13 is being renewed!
The vision is to turn H13 KultPont into a vibrant, unique, and ever-inspiring community space in the heart of Józsefváros – a place where new local communities and artistic groups can form, where existing ones can feel at home, create freely, and shape their own future with their creative energy.

The renewed space will be woven into the everyday life of the district: it will inspire artistic expression, create opportunities for growth, encourage dialogue, foster participation, and strengthen local identity through celebrations, traditions, and community life.

But to ensure the space truly reflects the needs of the community, we kindly ask you to fill out a short questionnaire (5–7 minutes) where you can share what you would like to see at H13.
