The Municipality of Józsefváros is organizing its traditional Christmas donation drive again this year and is asking the community to support the district’s members in need so that they too can enjoy a special holiday season.
The donations will provide food for the festive tables of those in need. Thanks to the cooperation of the residents of Józsefváros, last year’s donation drive helped many single people and families.
Let’s show that together we can make Christmas special for every member of our community!
What are we collecting?
Non-perishable food (flour, rice, sugar, oil, dry pasta, tea, cocoa powder, soup powder, soup cubes, canned food, long-life milk, and sweets).
How long will the collection last?
Until December 15, 2025.

How do donations reach those in need?
As in previous years, this year the Józsefváros Social Services and Child Welfare Center (JSzSzGyK) will distribute donations to those in need in the district.
