The local renovation of Mária utca will start on 29 July 2024.

What will happen?

On 29 July 2024, the contractor will start the works. The works will be carried out in 3 phases:

• 29. July – 1. August: Phase I: Mária utca 25. – Mária utca 13.
• 2. August  – 7. August: Phase II: Mária utca 13. – Mária utca 9.
• 8. August – 13. August: Phase III: Mária utca 9. – Mária utca 1.

What about the traffic on the street?

The sections indicated in the respective phases will be closed during the indicated time periods. However, residents, restaurants and shops will be able to access the street by car at all times.

How long will the renovation take?

The renovation will start on 29 July 2024 and is expected to be completed by 13 August 2024. However, these dates are subject to weather and possible construction obstacles. For example, if it rains, the completion of the construction may be delayed.

The works will be carried out by KOBOLD’2003 Ltd.
