• hospital couriers for the delivery of newborn registration documents,
• funeral service providers and relatives for the reporting of new deaths within the jurisdiction of District VIII;

In the event of an emergency, accident, natural disaster, life-threatening situation, or serious damage occurring within the scope of the Office’s operations, the public safety officer is responsible for organizing and coordinating disaster management tasks.

The Józsefváros Social Services and Child Welfare Centre (JSzSzGyK) will operate according to the following schedule during the holidays:

• December 15-22, 2025: normal working hours
• Tuesday, December 23, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• December 24-28, 2025: public holidays
• December 29-30, 2025: normal working hours
• Wednesday, December 31, 2025: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• January 1-4, 2026: public holidays
• From January 5, 2026: normal working hours
• Saturday, January 10, 2026 (relocated working day): 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
