We would like to inform you that the elevator in the main building of the Mayor’s Office is unfortunately out of order, and repairs will take an indefinite period. Therefore, the building (Baross u. 63-67.) is currently not accessible.

However, the Customer Service Office at 66-68 Baross u. is barrier-free.

If a customer with reduced mobility arrives at the Mayor’s Office – a person with reduced mobility is anyone who finds it difficult or impossible to use the stairs and, therefore, is unable to access the offices – please let either the staff member on guard duty at street level or the receptionist know the purpose of your visit. Our staff will forward your request and ask the relevant administrator to come down to the Support Point or the accessible Customer Service Office (Baross u. 66-68). The case will then be handled at these locations.
