Due to a malfunction in the electrical network, the building of the Fazekas Mihály Secondary School (Horváth Mihály tér 8.) had to be evacuated. No one was injured. We have opened the warm meeting rooms of the Mayor’s Office for students and teachers, where we provide hot tea and coffee.

Firefighters are working on site, and E.ON specialists have also arrived and started the repair works. According to their information, power outages are expected in the area around the Fazekas Secondary School until the late afternoon. Our staff members and the district’s representative are going door to door in the affected buildings to personally inform residents.

If, as a result of the power outage, heating is not available, the following nearby locations are open for warming up:
