We would like to inform you that the Mayor’s Office of the Municipality of Józsefváros will be open for limited hours, until 15:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026, and will be closed to the public on May 1, 2026.
After the public holiday, the first day for receiving visitors will be Monday, May 4, 2026.
During the administrative break, the Mayor’s Office will not be open to the public.
From 15:00 on April 30, and on May 1, the toll-free number (06 80 277 256) will also be unavailable.
Starting May 4, the toll-free number will be available as usual.

In the event of an emergency, accident, natural disaster, life-threatening situation, or serious damage within the Office’s jurisdiction, the public safety officer will organize and coordinate the performance of disaster management tasks.

Józsefváros Management Centre (JGK)
Due to Labor Day, customer service will be suspended on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the headquarters and several branch offices of Józsefváros Management Centre. The holiday period also affects the opening hours of the Teleki Square Market and the operation of the parking customer service.
On May 1, there will be no customer service at the Housing Customer Service Office, the Real Estate Sales Office, the Property Management Office, the Real Estate Services Office, the Public Utilities Group, or the Condominium Management Office.

Teleki Square Market
Here are the updated opening hours for the Teleki Square Market
The Teleki Square Market will have modified opening hours during the holiday season. The market will be closed on Friday, May 1, and will be open on Saturday, May 2, according to the usual weekend schedule, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Parking Customer Service
Parking customer service is also operating on a modified schedule
- In Józsefváros, paid parking will be suspended from the close of business on April 30, 2026, until the start of business on May 4, 2026.
- The Parking Authority’s customer service office will be open until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 30, 2026; on Friday, May 1, 2026, customer service will be suspended at the office located at 17–19 Német Street.
JGK Zrt. will resume its regular customer service hours starting Monday, May 4, 2026—barring any changes.
