According to the cooperation agreement between the Municipality of Józsefváros and the National University of Public Service, the Ludovika Arena Swimming Pool can be used at a reduced rate by residents of Józsefváros with a permanent or temporary address, and by members and employees of certain bodies and organisations working in the interests of Józsefváros.

The discount can be used according to the following:

During the 2023 academic term (January 30 – May 26, 2023, dates for the autumn term are not yet known):

Weekdays: 6am – 8am and 6pm – 10pm
Weekends: 8am – 8pm

Outside the regular academic term in 2023:

Weekdays: 6am – 10pm
Weekends: 8am – 8pm

The discounted use of the swimming pool is available at the reception desk of the swimming pool upon presentation of an identity card and an address card and signing the access registration form provided by NKE.

Although NKE increased the price of swimming pool tickets due to inflation, this hike has been taken over by the Municipality of Józsefváros, so the price of the discounted swimming pool ticket remains 800 HUF.
