In July 2025, the construction of the new Housing Customer Service at 22. Práter utca will start. By founding the housing customer service, the Municipality aims to accommodate the offices and helpdesk of JGK Zrt., a company that is active in the rental of apartments, thus making housing-related administration faster and more customer-friendly. The Józsefváros Municipality has earmarked HUF 230 million forint for the construction of the new housing customer service.
The customer service will be staffed by 25-30 people, with 7 workstations for people living in municipal rental housing. The barrier-free customer area will be designed to take into account the needs of elderly customers, those with mobility difficulties, and parents with prams and children.






When will the construction start?
Construction will start in July 2025 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2026.

When will work start?
It is planned that work will generally be carried out between 8 am and 6 pm on weekdays and between 8 am and 2 pm on Saturdays.
