After the greening of Lujza utca, the greening of the intersection of Népszínház utca, Nagy Fuvaros utca and II. János Pál pápa tér will now begin.

The renovation of the intersection will start on 14 August 2023 and is expected to last until September 2023. The renovation will also include the installation of 14 new trees on the established shrub areas in October-November 2023.

Due to the new shrub surface, the micromobility point at the intersection of Népszínház utca and Nagy Fuvaros utca will be moved a few meters away. The planned works will not affect vehicular traffic, but the tree locations will be surrounded by mobile fencing so that pedestrian traffic can pass outside them.
