Tolnai garden has been renewed in recent weeks, so now it is only up to the weather when the garden turns into green. Everyone is welcome at Tolnai utca 23, every day from sunrise until nightfall.

In March, the garden’s paving was renovated as there were several reports that there is a lot of mud when it rains.

This makes it easy to walk to flower beds, benches and to the new storage area where gardeners will find shovels, rakes, watering cans and other useful tools.

You can play board games or have a snack at the tables and the fences will be repainted soon.

The new drinking fountain awaits official installation, until then water can be taken from the tap at the end of the garden.

Raised-beds will be planted soon by farmers who took on the maintenance of the beds for a season and many of whom are already returning adopters.

New plants and mulch have been added to the beds along the wall and in the middle, and annual flower seeds will also be scattered around the garden.

Apart from the raised-beds, the composter needs its owner as well.

Watchful eyes and an enthusiastic team is needed for the composting to work.
